Delivery Methods

Delivery methods are genuanly shown on the product page when checking out.

In most cases we offer Ground delivery to your curb or mail box. This means the product is shipped by ground freight to your house and placed at your door step or in the mail box.

For small items we ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx.

A Physical street address is required for all purchases. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

International shipping and shipping outside the continental united states are done with USPS. Shipping rates to these places are not free and will cost extra. You should expect a phone call from us if you request a product to be shipped to a foreign country. It is best to call in international orders and get a direct shipping quote from us as the cost can vary widely.

In many cases our larger items require a recipient to be present to sign for the drop off of an item. In these cases the freight company should be contacting you directly to schedule the drop off of the item. We are required to share your home address and the phone number you provided to the shipping company so they can deliver the item.

If requested, we may be able to arrange for white glove delivery. You need to call use directly if you want this service and it's not available for all items. With white glove delivery, the product will be shipped to your door and the delivery person will take the product into the room of your choice and un-box the product and remove the packaging. Assembly of the item and the movement of existing furniture within the home is not allowed for liability reasons. This is a great option for those of you ordering heavy large items like sofa sets. Again you must call your order in to request this service and it's not available for every item in the store.

What Do I Do When I Get The Delivery?

With all items purchase you should:

1. Inspect the package for any damage before signing for it. If a package is damaged you should refuse to sign for the package and write down the damage on the delivery receipt. Once done contact us right away so we assist in resolving the shipping dispute and ensure you get what you ordered in a timely fashion.

2. Ensure you have all the packages and items before you sign. If a box or item is missing you need to make note of it on the delivery receipt and call us right away so we can help track down the other package.

3. If a product you have been shipped is missing something, contact customer service right away so we can resolve your issues right away.
