Our Return policy is just as simple.  If you do not like the item you purchased for any reason you may return the item within 30 days of purchase without suffering a re-stocking fee.  Items must be in the original product packaging and un damaged.

Some companies charge as much as 30% just to return an un-used item.  We understand that when ordering online, sometimes the color or look just isn't the same and it's not fair to you the customer to charge people money if they need to return an item.

We do require that the purchaser requests an RMA number before returning the product so we know to expect it and the purchaser does have to pay the shipping cost of the item back to us. Still we pay it going to you so you and charge no re-stocking fee so you have to give this one to us.

Purchases returned under this policy with get a refund to the original method of payment.  You may also request store credit or an exchange of an equally priced item. Refunds will only be given once the product has been returned and inspected.  As long as you follow this policy and the item is in it's original packaging and functioning properly you will get a full refund.  Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we understand that consumers need to be able to return products when their expectations are not met by the product.
